Introduction

You are about to access and use gr8pi.com, and provide data by completing an assessment, participating in a survey or similar. You are typically doing so because you are a job applicant, an employee, a student etc. and you may be referred to as "Data Subject" in this, or other documents. The company or organisation collecting, using and administrating your data is typically a potential or present employer, recruiting company, educational institution etc., which is referred to as the "Data Controller". Great People Inside Pte. Ltd. is processing your data on behalf of Data Controller, and thus Great People Inside Pte. Ltd. is referred to as the "Data Processor".

You do not have to accept these Terms of Use, but it is required if you want to complete an assessment or survey. However, you may only accept these Terms of Use and thus use gr8pi.com if you are of age or have obtained the consent of your parent(s) or guardian. You will be asked to approve the Terms of Use every time you access gr8pi.com. Data Processor may change the Terms of Use from time to time without notice, but you are only bound by the Terms of Use you accepted. If you were presented, or accepted, the Terms of Use in a translated version, the original English version prevails in case of discrepancies.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is an important part of securing and protecting your data. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you read the Privacy Policy in addition to reading these Terms of Use.

Your rights

You have the right to inspect your contact information, demographic data and similar, and to correct them if wrong. You also have the right to know what the data you entered when completing, for example, an assessment or survey is used for, and to know about the results processed from such data. Finally, you have the right to have any of your data fully or partially deleted from 90 days after you entered them at gr8pi.com. You exercise your rights by contacting Data Controller. Data Controller's contact information has been presented to you on-screen and send to your e-mail address prior to you entering gr8pi.com.

Communicating with you

You agree that Data Controller may contact you via gr8pi.com and other means when relevant to the process(es) you are part of. You also agree that Data Processor, its affiliates and resellers may contact you in relevant matters regarding your data, and gr8pi.com, primarily via e-mails auto-generated by gr8pi.com. If you have an accessible gr8pi.com account, please read the Privacy Policy for additional information about communication.

As your e-mail address registered at gr8pi.com is used to communicate with you, you agree that it is your responsibility to make sure it is always correct, and accessible by you. Thus, if for any reason your e-mail address is changed, you must inform Data Controller or correct it in your account (if accessible).

Using your data and the results processed from it

You agree that Data Controller has the unlimited and unconditional right to collect and have data processed, and use your data and the results generated by the processing for the intended purpose(s). The intended purpose(s) and other important information are presented to you on-screen, and e-mailed to you before you deliver any data using gr8pi.com.

You also agree that Data Processor can use your data for statistical and/or research purposes in an anonymised format.

Using, keeping and deleting your data

You agree that Data Controller can keep, use and have your data processed for as long as you are part of the process(es) presented on-screen and e-mailed to you before you entered gr8pi.com. Typically, such process(es) last for a minimum of 90 days, and therefore you agree that:

  • You may request that your data is partially or fully deleted at any time, but Data Controller is not obligated to execute such request before 90 days have passed.
  • Nevertheless, your data may be fully or partially deleted at any time by Data Controller; also, before 90 days have passed.
  • If you, according to Data Controller, are an employee or in other ways are engaged with or by Data Controller, Data Controller may keep and use your data for as long as the relationship exists according to Data Controller.

When your data is deleted, Data Controller no longer has access to it.However, your data may still exist in backup systems, and therefore you accept that it may take the duration of a full backup cycle before all copies are permanently deleted.

Guarantees and liability

You agree that neither Data Controller nor Data Processor in any way guarantee that you, by entering data using gr8pi.com will achieve the result you expect or hope for, hereunder but not limited to a job, a promotion, a specific education etc. Thus, you agree that all and any direct or indirect liability resulting directly or indirectly from you using gr8pi.com, and the results processed from your data, are waived by Data Controller, and Data Processor.

Data Processor is the exclusive owner of gr8pi.com. Data Processor and/or its external content providers own all gr8pi.com texts, system data, articles, photos, images, online services, products, algorithms etc., and any other information, content and functionality (collectively called the "Content") found at gr8pi.com. Local, EU and International copyright laws and treaties protect gr8pi.com. You acknowledge that the Content is, and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Data Processor and/or its Content providers. You may not in any way copy, modify, transmit, participate in the sale or transfer of, or create derivative works based on any Content; in whole or in part. Furthermore, the use of the Content on other web sites or platforms, including linking, framing or any other technique, or in any networked computer environment, for any purpose, is prohibited without prior written approval by Data Processor.
